In our daily life, we often forget about the happy moments of our lives. This promotes the stress and causes serious threat to our mental health”.

In hustle & bustle of this World we often forget about the tiny moments of happiness which makes us pleasant and lower the rate of stress.

Due to this thousands of people suffer through serious mental health crisis. This is a very neglected segment of our public health. People don’t consider it as a problem and instead of consulting a physiatrists they call them as mental patients.

The rate of suicide is going up day by day but due to lack of healthcare facilities and hospitals we are facing a real challenge.

Furthermore, not only in adults but this issue is looming in our children too.

Due to COVID-19, the problem of mental health is getting serious and a bit more challenging to address.

COVID-19 and Mental stress

PROBLEM DISCUSSION:

After identifying that as serious problem, I discussed this that how to coup up this challenge with my friends and how to be happy in our lives instead of taking stress.

I talked with the group of working clinical psychologist (Benazir Bhutto Hospital, RWP)Miss Fakiha. She was equally convinced that this is a serious issue and we have to address that as soon as possible.

She told me that in work places the stress of work and behavior of peers and the boss is the cause of mental stress.

Mental Stress is a Serious threat

Learning Group discussion:

After that discussion I discussed the solution with my group members and we mutually agreed that this is a serious problem.

First we have to break the taboo of taking it as a Non-issue and for this we have to start a campaign that mental health is an issue and we have to make sure that this is addressed.

We have to make a society to deal with this issue and with the team of psychologists we can help those suffering with this issue.

Mental stress

MY RESERACH:

I found some astonishing researched facts about this issue. Some of this are here in the images.

This generation is the most effected one

The American Psychological Association (APA) periodically surveys for stress in the American public, and since 2013, teens have reported higher levels of stress than adults. In the 2018 APA survey, teens reported worse mental health and higher levels of anxiety and depression than all other age groups.

This is a Serious problem and we have to address that as soon as possible for a healthy society because healthy society can built a better future.
